The following is an update dated December 24, 2022
In general, devotees are faced with the situation that not all equipment is available in Ukraine, especially diesel generators are in short supply. More or less without problems, it is possible to buy batteries, inverters and fuel.
- Kyiv Yatra – Fully funded equipment for the Kyiv Yatra, includes a diesel generator, fuel for the near future, as well as batteries and solar panels. The generator is already in use.
For the installation of a solar station, most of the equipment was purchased, but in Ukraine they did not find DC machines that are important for safety. They ordered them from abroad, we are waiting for delivery. They will start installation of solar panels right away.
Total Cost = $31,900
- New Mayapur also collected 100% of the necessary funds. Since this community is in the countryside and has cows and bulls, the energy system will be special. Ordered equipment for a biogas plant that uses manure and organic residues from agricultural production. Equipment for a bull-drawn electric generator has also been ordered. An important element of the power system will be a solar station complete with batteries. Delivery and installation of the solar power plant will begin next week.
